Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy – The Cutting Edge
At The Cutting Edge, every product undergoes strict quality checks and is packed securely to avoid transit damage. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear product images

A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video from the sealed parcel

Shipping label & order number clearly visible

⚠️ Claims without proper opening video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Product Condition
To be eligible for return:

Product must be unused
-
In original packaging
-
With intact seals, barcodes, tags & labels
-
No signs of use, washing, scratches, or tampering
All products undergo a quality check upon return before approval.
3. Return Shipping Charges

Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.

We do not offer free reverse pickups.

Shipping charges (both forward & reverse) are non-refundable.

If an order is returned due to customer unavailability or refusal, a ₹90 re-shipping fee will apply.
4. Refund / Replacement Process
Once the returned product reaches us:

Processing time: 10–12 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
The preferred method must be clearly mentioned in the email.
5. Personalized & Customised Products

Personalized/customised products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exceptions apply only in case of transit damage with valid unboxing video proof.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

COD parcels cannot be refused at delivery.

If a COD order is returned due to refusal or non-availability, future COD services may be restricted for that customer.
