Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy – The Cutting Edge

At The Cutting Edge, all products go through strict quality checks and secure packaging before dispatch. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


RETURNS

Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged in transit
  • Product received is defective (Dead on Arrival)
  • Wrong product/model delivered

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging with all tags, labels & accessories intact
  • No signs of usage, washing, scratches, or tampering

Mandatory for any claim:

  • A clear, complete unboxing video (from sealed parcel to opening)
  • Visible shipping label & order details

⛔ Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances

⛔ Used products will not be accepted for return

⛔ Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email: thecuttingedgegifts@gmail.com


REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

If a product is received in a defective or damaged condition, it will be replaced with a new product.

  • The product must be shipped back to The Cutting Edge with:
    • Original packaging
    • All accessories
    • No damage to labels/barcodes
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected:
    • Replacement will be dispatched
  • In applicable cases, store credit or refund may be issued

Processing Time:
10–12 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • It is highly recommended to record a proper unboxing video for all orders

PERSONALISED & CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

Personalized/customised products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exceptions apply only in case of transit damage with valid unboxing video proof.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

COD orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

COD parcels cannot be refused at delivery.

If a COD order is returned due to refusal or non-availability, future COD services may be restricted.

By placing an order with The Cutting Edge, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
